First born child agreement....?
My sister and i had an agreement that if i bought her an iPad and accessories for Christmas she would give me her first born child. I have a signed contract with her stating this. I bought her the iPad and accessories nows she saying legally she doesn't have to. But since she signed the contract doesn't that mean she legally HAS to?
