A bank on a marine base is robbed, in which a guard is killed. There's a twist though: the getaway vehicle is found torched on the base, with all the money inside. They also have a new agent joining the team, named Dwayne Wilson. Gibbs starts second-guessing.

I don't trust the new guy. I think he's creepy. He knew that the bank would get a large amount of cash in a couple of days, which nobody else thought of. He also suggested looking up other cases files in which bank robbers disabled the security cameras. Dwayne also got a feeling that Gibbs doesn't like him. That could be because Gibbs and Wilson just met, or because Gibbs sees something in Wilson that he finds suspicious. Vance also wanted Gibbs to do a psychological profile on Wilson, which Gibbs asks Ducky to do.
When Agent Lee came up to the bullpen, she seemed more nervous than usual, and kind of distracted.
