Spoiler Alert! If you haven't seen the episode, and don't want to know what happens in this episode, don't read what I wrote below.
After Kiley told Gibbs that he had an affair with the Navy Lieutenant and had a wife and kids, I was pretty sure that the senator's wife killed the Lieutenant. I figured she went to see the "other woman" with a gun to scare her into stop seeing her husband, was angry, lost it and killed her, and freaked, thinking, "I killed somebody! I'm going to jail. I have to get rid of the body."
I thought she had an accomplice too, but I had no idea that the Senator helped her take the body to the river.
