A rather strange case opens when a Petty Officer is found dead in a car while working on an undercover mission. As soon as his body is found, a Russian spy, who has just violated a traffic rule, is found with a recently fired gun in his car. The entire case wouldn't be so complicated if the Department of Homeland Security wouldn't claim that the person who murdered the Petty Officer is someone working for them.

All I can say is was that it was a great episode, loved the scene between Tony and Gibbs after he regains consiousness and calls the Director by her first name and Gibbs gives him a hard time about it. I even felt sorry for Ducky when he was at a loss as to where the bullet went. Thank heavens for McGee and Abby (if my memory serves) goes back to the crime scene and finds it. Also the scene between Tony, McGee and Ziva about lying was great as well.
