After the terrorist's attack, the NCIS team is shocked and is trying to cope with Kate's sudden death, each in their own way. Now, their mission is to collect all the possible info on Ari and find a way to stop him before he does any more damage. Meanwhile, while feeling guilty over Kate's death, Gibbs is informed that the NCIS director is leaving, and the replacement is Jenny Shepard (played by Lauren Holly), a woman Gibbs has some romantic history with.

I can't wait to see season 3. Although I'm sure it will be sad, what with Kate being gone and all.

The Kill Ari 2 parter remains one of my favourites. Yeah, Kate is gone, but the whole episode is about avenging her death! She's still around though, in everyones minds, and I love seeing how they all view/viewed her. ;D

I almost started crying when I watched Kill Ari Part 1. I don't think I can watch part 2 right now.
