Also, I don't think we're allowed to sell lighters to kids under 16... I don't think it's strictly enforced though, I'm not too sure!
Spray paint isn't until you're 16 though... awww bad luck katie!

Hey Steph over here in WA we're allowed to buy scratchies etc when we're 16 but over there in NSW/Vic, you have to be 18. Ha!
